RED DOT Product Design Award 2012 for Polish Company

The reception desk “ZIG-ZAG”made by Polish furniture factory MDD (FabrykaMebliBiurowych MDD) received one of the most important awards in the world of design - the "red dot product design award 2012". The award is given to outstanding products for innovative, original solution and the highest quality.
The first few seconds spent in the company determines its perception. The modern and stylish interior is no longer a whim but a requirement of the market. It is also motivation for employeeswhich efficiency increases in pleasant work environment.
The international jury were convinced by original design and high quality of the MDD’s product.
- Thousands of companies around the world wants to get a red dot award. This year we received it for the first time but I believe that this is just the beginning– says Jaroslaw Dabrowski President of MDD.
The creator and designer of ZIG-ZAG is a well known architect Zbigniew Kostrzewa whose In Design studio specialize in designing of office and warehouse buildings.
Jury of RED DOT DESIGN AWARD is made up of 30 world experts. This year they had to choose the best project form 4500which were sent from 70 countries.
